Prop is really the hardest? I miss ya they have 20 missions, but the faction missions are so much harder

every mission in factions you can hench, heroes and there all easy

well all 3 campains you can hench, heroes and are easy

but prophecies is the most annoyance

I recently got my Protector of Tyria title on my monk by beating prophecies Smiley

But I really didnt enjoy Prophecies after the the Ascalon and Dwarves story, after that I just kept getting lost and didnt really understand what was going on because It was just all one big story all tied together. I guess the main reason why I beat it is for GW:EN, since its the last half of the story. Plus prophecies is boring. There arent too many places to farm for greens but I make lots of money from runs though Smiley

I really liked factions, because two new characters, tons of green farming, a simple story, the Whole Luxons verses the goths deal. I really liked that and it was jut more challenging and fun to play.

I havent really played Nightfall yet, I just have a couple low levels on that game so I have yet to still play Smiley I really like Paragons though

the prophecies story might have 8 stories in it but they all run together and there really easy to understand
they did leave out some stuff like


How did the charr take over?
Why was it 2 years later?
How did the white mantle become great?
What happened to evennia?
Will Ascalon fight off the remaining Charr and rebuild successfully?
Will the royal family and the Lionguard regain their power in Kryta from the broken White Mantle?
With the fall of the Lich Lord, what is the fate of the Undead Army, and will future Tyrians venture to Orr and Arah to learn more of the Tyrian nation's fate?
Will the Deldrimor Dwarves re-establish their hold on the Shiverpeak mountains?
Will the Shining Blade populate the Maguuma Jungle with the rebuilding of the Henge of Denravi?
Did the Titans scourge the Mursaat from Tyria, or will the enigmatic race pose future problems for the continent?
What will become of the heroes' relationship with Glint?
What happened to Gwen?
What happened to the Scepter of Orr?
How did Vizier Khilbron die?
etc.
etc.

but all that will be answered in GW:EN i hope

Okay, so profs I like because you can skip like the whole desert part and go straight to droks, which, saves a lot of time, I also like how some quest rewards are skills, I mean that is kinda cool, although you don't get alot in the beginning and I HATE pre it is like the worst thing ever, I'd rather have another noob island.

Factions is nice, I mean okay, there is a noob island that takes hours to get threw, but you get a lot of skills in the beginning which kinda makes it easier. I like the whole faction battles, Kurz are not goths, they are tree huggers, and there ranger armor is awesome , but I mean lux all the way right? Pvp in the game is the greatest ever, and  the story is cool, only downfall is the noob island.

Ahh....Nightfall, again, a noob island, but unlike factions, not alot of skills, unlike profs, no quests reward with skills, so your left with buying all your skills from scratch, which makes the game harder, it adds a strategic factor on what skills to buy when, planning, heroes are awesome, you give them weapons and set there points, they even use the skills you unlock, a way better improvement over henchies, although the power balance of the two new classes should have been tweaked alot more before release, the dervish is to strong, the paragon has to less power. but those are the only two things I can find wrong with it.

With the ranting over (congrats if you made it all the way threw it) nightfall is my favorite campaign, even with its over powering dervish class and the under appreciated paragon class.

Guildwars to me is somewhat of a dieing franchise.

The first campaign was alright, I loved pre searing because it looks absolutely stunning and beautiful...and then suddenly you are thrown into the world of the not so distant apocalyptic America. The reason why I enjoyed campaign one so much was the fact that you could learn a majority of the skills in that campaign. Unlike Factions and Nightfall where you only learn a few BASIC skills. Nothing that will get you much of anywhere. They leave the rest of the skills for you to purchase on your own. Though yea...the quests and missions do give a substantial amount of revenue. It is still hard to progress through the game with the lack of skills needed.

Nightfall was great in that fact that it introduced the use of Heroes. The only problem now is that people seem to be more secluded, and the guildwars franchise that used to be more player based became suddenly more hero and henchy based. Which disappointed me greatly.


Professions.

By far, my favorite profession would have to be the Mesmer, and right beside that the ranger for its versatility. The core classes as seen in prophecies are balanced lovely. but as you progress to the factions campaign, the assassin is thrown to the pvp only area and the Rit is  simply the 2ndary monk. In nightfall the paragons (glorified spear chuckers)  are seen as crap compared to that the almighty dervish and their superior tanking abilities.

Are u guys kidding me....Factions is #1 from you guys......

Prophecies is clearly the best
  - best storyline
  - best professions (cant argue there Cheesy)
  - highest difficulty missions, *especially* post-HM
  - best *elite* areas - UW and FoW have made such a strong and lasting impact on the economy of GW

Proph is the best game because GWEN is the expansion to... Proph, and GWEN is the most fun since the missions are just missions with no stupid bonus.

Paragons should never be compared to a tanking class .. ever.. they are their for mid combat support or damage they are not ment to tank however they can .. before nerfs much better than any regular warrior

ritualists are not 2ndary monks they are just a support class you could say that dervs are 2ndary monks to because they have healing skills through wind and mystiscm..

assassins are good in pve imo with crit agility + crit defenses you can make a sin just as effective or even more effective than a dervish.. i believe that dervs and sins are equal in most ways.

and i dont understand your pov on the comparison paragons:dervishes.. i'd strongly rather have a paragon over a dervish on my team anyday.

When I read that, I had to write something. The Paragon by far is my favorite character in the whole series. And If they have paragons in GW2, you can bet I will start with a paragon.

The paragon is just as good as a monk. Actually you can substitute a paragon for a monk in the elite mission runs and have the mission go perfectly. Paragons were never ment to be melee, just because they have 80 armor everyone assumes they are melee. The derv is by far not supreme, in fact I have beaten 1v1 Dervs with my P/R using every condition (deep wound,fire,poison,bleeding) and interrupting Sig of PL. Almost like a good ranger except with 80 armor.

The shouts/chants are an amazing skill set that guild wars put in. espically if your in AB/GvG or anything with 8+, Paragons are extremely useful, you can go P/W with tactics and Defense Anthem. Most good GvG will have paragons, not dervs.  And on the plus side "Go for the Eyes" and other chants affect minions. Cheesy
