• If you are looking for a place to have random conversations, this isn't the place. If you feel you MUST have a convo, downloading/install an Instant Messaging Program. It's why it was created. (By this I mean: If you and anyone else reply back and forth to each other for more than 5-10 posts, please cease and stop. Allow others to post too.)

• Please be considerate of other posters, keep the peace, post responsibly, and post with respect.

• Before making a new topic about some idea you came up with, make sure there isn't a similar topic already and that it's not a completely useless topic.
What is a useless topic? When it’s a question with one definite answer, like, "What kind of forum is this?" Questions like that don't need discussion, and therefore they don't need their own thread. Any topic that is NOT WORTHY OF DISCUSSION is considered useless. The reasoning behind this rule is to avoid clutter. Double topics are deleted on sight and useless topics are locked with a note about why it's useless. Posters who make a habit of posting new-useless, or double topics, will be given a warning. If the topic-making persists after that, they will be suspended from posting, and then eventual banned.

• Always use the SEARCH function provided on the top of the forum that you can use to find out whether your idea already exists. Chance's are, what you are looking for is already under your nose.

• If you have problems when searching, use limited wording.

• Limit your cursing and exploitation of explicit messages, images, and urls.

• Do not severely SPAM. Stupid Pointless Annoying Messages. If you really feel the need to spam keep them in the designated areas. (i.e.: Spam Zone Threads)

• What is spam? There are different kinds of spam... tolerable ones and intolerable ones.
a.) Tolerable spam is when a member is replying to the immediate post above them in a humorous or sarcastic way that may be off-topic for that thread. Tolerable spam is not an offense nor will it be deleted, but keep in mind that many posts such as these would eventually make the thread go off-topic leading to the topic getting locked.
b.) Intolerable spam is posts with one word such as "lol" or "ha-ha."Post’s that are just completely random and does not connect with the previous post or the general thread in ANY WAY is also intolerable spam. When you come in here and start sprouting nonsense and clog up the forum, expect due punishment.

• Do Not DOUBLE (or MORE) post. Meaning do NOT make 2 or more consecutive posts. USE THE EDIT BUTTON!

• It is difficult and rare to avoid going off-topic in a lot threads compeltely. Therefore...keep ALL off-topic posts to an extreme MINIMUM.

• No Advertising! Solicitors will be warned on the first offense, and then banned on the second offense.

• Absolutely NO FLAMING! If or when debating, do your best not to FLAME. Flaming will not be tolerated. Hate/Discriminatory/Flame posters will be warned once before suspension of posting privileges for a week.
There's a fine line between arguing and flaming. How do you become a Hate/Discriminatory/Flame poster? When somebody else pm's a mod and reports the member, then the situation will be looked into. Mods are not police officers. They don't stay on the computer all day long and look for flamers, especially not on the mourphGFX Forums. There aren't so many Mod’s right but most of them are on frequently reading the forums. So if it's really obvious that a member is flaming somebody else or making racists comments/hate comments, he/she will be warned and thus dealt with.

• Please do not type in all CAPS or in UpPeRcAsE tO lOwEr CaSe MaNnEr. It cuts the flow of things and may lead other members to thinking that your yelling your arse off. Also it's rly annoyng wen ppl typ lik dis in whle sntces, iz not dat hrd 2 typ like a nrml prsn, stp shrtning ur wrds plz.
